We have taken over Bangalore & ROB cell sites in the year of 2008 Jan with 160Nos and now it crossed approx 400 in the region, we are pleased to inform that since taken over we put our best efforts to maintain infra availability and we did it successfully ( 99.95 % - 99.976 % )

Job involves

  • We divided region in 4 zones ( 100 sites in each supervisors , 15 sites per technicians )
  • Regular maintenance of cell sites ( scheduled PM )
  • Co –ordination with all AMC vendors to keep all infra equipments in good condition
  • O & M up gradations like BB, PP , Aircons & Power Cabling
  • 24/7 Break down maintenance
  • KEB bill collections and payments
  • Diesel filling at cell sites

Value Addition


Manpower

  • Bangalore Urban & Rural divided by 4 zones. Each zone is under the control of supervisor & the coordination of team leaders

  • Electrical technicians 80 persons with the average of 15 sites per technician

  • Fully equipped 4 Nos. X 4 wheeler for Diesel filling & Emergency work

  • Separate 4 wheeler equipped with all tools for night emergency work
